Hello all – just to inform you, as of 14/11/1o i’ve moved the SuperVGA blog to Posterous – keep up to date with all my musings here : http://supervga.posterous.com/

Lazy post. Iron Commando [SHVC-AICJ]

Just been writing 3 big old articles for Don’t Panic – so short post, just because I found it on my camera. I have finally got myself a copy of IRON COMMANDO (SHVC-AICJ). Its awesome. Just check out the title screen. Eagle eyed viewers will also note that : a. I am messy as a … Continue reading

Metal Slug with Gondolas? : Gunforce ‘Strike Mission’ | ガンフォース | Irem/Tamtex/BITS | SHVC-GU

From the people that brought you R-Type – and…well, nothing else really. Irem never really lived up to the legacy of R-Type with any other franchises. But considering they brought us the Geiger-esque Prawn boss of the Bydo Empire, I think they can be forgiven. It took me ages to get hold of Gunforce. It … Continue reading

MUSHA Aleste | 東亜プラン | Toaplan / Compile | T-35013

I bet one of these bad boys would go for a cool million, at least. Still, just because … Continue reading

The City Kitchen. This is what I have become.

Problem was, I was totally atonal at it. My most successful meal was discovering a gingernut at the bottom of my Lego box.

MISSION STATEMENT 101

Easy internet peeps of the world. So, my reasons…my rhythm, my rhyme. I’ve spent the last decade buying up retro games. Some kind of bizzare hoarding fixation that I can only attribute to my father. Alas now, sensible adultness sets in (something I didn’t inherit from Daddy-O) and I need money for man things. Like … Continue reading
